      Don’t Work For Them

      Pros

      This company has major troubles, they will try to recoup their business losses from hard working employees. They have refused to pay thousands of dollars in owed wages; more over they threatened to manufacture fake events and documents if I complain or report them, completely out of this world. Needles to say, after their threat, an official complaint was submitted to federal government, the complaint was approved and NAVA is now being investigated.

      Ill and illegal business practices, they will rob your wages to recoup business losses.

One of the best aspects is the freedom to work independently—you’re trusted to get the job done in your own way, without unnecessary micromanagement. The leadership team is approachable, open to suggestions, and genuinely values employee input. The work culture is positive, with a collaborative atmosphere that supports continuous development and innovation.

      Cons

      One area that could be improved is the EST-based working schedule, which can be challenging to maintain consistently from India. However, the flexibility and learning exposure make up for it.
