They give a pretty low starting salary, and seldom give you salary increase. You need to wait 6 months to get the benefits. They do not pay extra money for your over work time. They just want you to familiar what they want you to do, never give you chance to learn something new and different. They keep hiring people because there are always employees want to leave.
