    Neutral Outlook

The Employees diversity, their knowledge of the Job and the environment they create by bringing home away from home

    Cons

Very long working hours, Managers very rigid and afraid of change.

    Advice to Management

Working in difficult areas is a good experience and enlightening although for one to excel one requires total peace and care since life has got its own issues and being away from family and unable to fall back to them at the end of a long working day demands that employees need to be exposed to the least stressful situations.

The lower grades employees would like to be referred to by their Job groups as opposed to TCN's also be dynamic and ready for change to see this company grow
