1. Salary on time 2. Steady and strong business growth, with 8 unique brands in GCC 3. Immensely diverse nationalities and less racism noticed
Cons
1. Their mode of operation and floor efficiency are outdated and inefficient, and they manage the business as if it were still a small operation—despite its considerable growth. This cannot be overstated, as it may come as a shock to new joinees. 2. Hires massively from overseas, as technical knowledge is quite lacking 3. Still uses paperworks and vouchers, when most systems are digital now
