Pros

There are no pros to write atall

Cons

Terrible, unorganised, diabolical systems, horrendous HR, poor candidate journey and smt/emt all in for their bonuses whilst the majority of the business is hugely underpaid and overworked for their bonuses.. They wonder why it's not an agency it's a call centre on site. Taking calls for NHS trusts across the UK in one Trust who are paying a fee for their service - atrocious. Pay peanuts, receive peanuts.

Pros

I worked in 5 departments over 10 years at NHSP. I learned a huge amount and there was a lot of experience and guidance given. There is a real sense of achievement in the work and helping to maintain the national health service staffing levels.

Cons

Internal politics is off the charts. Huge amounts of nepotism. Salaries and benefits are worse than NHS. They do no value your experience or knowledge. The senior management team operate on a policy of believing they their staff are stuck in the roles and won't leave no matter what they do to them. There is a huge amount of gaslighting around salary and some genuinely unpleasant people in positions of power.

Pros

You pick when you work and it’s a job at the end of the day and it pays the bills...if you get paid on time

Cons

•bullied/spoken to like rubbish..well no ones bothered. •ward not released you’re shift so you get paid so you ring nhs ‘support’...not bothered. •pretty much half of their employees do not receive important emails regarding pay around Christmas, they pretty much ruined my Christmas because of this but still they don’t care. •constantly getting passed numbers to sort issues out but still no one can help you. •most staff who work for the trust, including the ones who are on the same band as you like to think they are superior because of the uniform difference..very strange because I am here to help.
