    Pros

    Decent salary, good annual leave entitlement, flexible working hours, opportunities to develop, potential secondments to other public organisations.

    Cons

    Some of the work can be tedious and repetitive, there are established processes that make you feel like a cog in the machine at times, when you interview to be regraded you don't know specifically which team you'll be working for if successful.
