Pros
The opportunity to add (mostly non relevant) work experience in your CV, working in a low-pressure environment.
Cons
Although there is no pressure, the working conditions are poor. The HR (who actually manages the company) is intolerable, ignorant and misleads people in order to work there. They claim to be a research centre but they have nothing to do with research. They basically offer IT support to German automotive companies via the TWT GmbH. The salary depends on the qualifications and you are hired as a freelancer with all the requirements of an employee. Only temporary contracts. Employees leave after a few months, one or two years.

Pros
Employees work as external partners for TWT GmbH which then assigns them as external partners to German companies of the automotive industry. After gaining priceless experience in the sector one can cut the middlemen and get employed by said companies.
Cons
Excruciating HR that misleads and manipulates employees, company's offices are located in a village outside of Ioannina, the CEO is treating employees with arrogance, no salary progression at all, only 6 months contracts, employees leave after 1-2 years
