Pros
Initially, I was unsure about stepping into a sales executive role because of the pressure I had heard about. However, since joining Nest Software, I’ve felt incredibly fortunate to be part of this team. The supportive culture and manageable workload have made it easy for me to adapt and excel in my role. I’m grateful for the chance to be part of such a positive environment.

Being a fresher in the Data Engineering field at Nest Software has been a great experience. I’ve been given meaningful work right from the beginning, and it’s helped me grow quickly. The team is always there when I need help, but they also let you figure things out, which I really appreciate. It’s a great place to learn, and I’m really happy I joined!
Cons
The office lacks energy, with a dull atmosphere and plain white walls that feel uninspiring. Break times are limited and strictly enforced, offering little room for flexibility or relaxation which can affect overall morale and productivity.
