1. Can learn lots of thing as you need to be involved in lots of process 2. People around you is good and helpful. 3. Work life balance.
Cons
1. If you are a fresh grad with no experience, there will be no one guiding you through the process. Learning process will be long. 2. Alot of things couldn't be done as your boss will not accept your concept and wouldn't discuss about it. 3. Management is not aware of their problem. 4. Changing in plan for most of the time and not organized.
