Pros
-Amazing coworkers that become lifelong friends -Business concept is inspiring but is poorly executed by the owners
Cons
They'll have you convinced this will be an amazing place to work and will be enticing with the living wage pay, but the pay is only good for the baseline workers. Once you are moved into any higher position, you become severely underpaid; expected to do the job of 2+ people; will spend more time wasting your breath explaining to the owners why their ideas don't work (the owners are not actually involved in any hands-on work and have no understanding of how the day-to-day business actually works); will be paid late or paid incorrectly more than once and will have to explain to them multiple times before getting it corrected (every employee experienced this on multiple occasions); they'll make changes that greatly impact your job last minute without any discussion and just expect you to be okay with it; will lie to you about decisions they've made; etc. They'll do a great job making you think they have your back or your best interest at heart, but I can list at LEAST 5 clear (and pretty big) examples that say otherwise. Every day you are more and more convinced that the owners are purposefully trying to destroy the business. They are not to be trusted. The owners of Jarr have done more for Nada since they were bought out by Nada, than the actually owners of Nada themselves. Sad to see a potentially successful business be dragged through the mud.
