Terrible culture and bad hr practices. Their founders are juming on recruiters call wiht no plan or direction for thecall. they ask random questions and then they pick what you said and try to deep dive into it. India is beautiful but Indian working culture sucks - thisis a typical example of slow, disoriented and messy Indian company with no clear functioning body. During the last step in the interveiw process the CEO scheduled with me a call at 3 am in the night. I told him I hope you appreciate here is night and he said (recorded btw) yeah.. here as well (India) it's very early in the morning (it was 8.30 am for him). Hnestly join them only if you are kinda desperate to get some money out of it and then... run.
