Pros

Primarily remote work with travel

Cons

Extremely woke toxic culture. Constantly contradicting their own core values. They treat Minnesota based employees great and everyone else horribly. Hands down, the worse organizational leadership I have ever worked for in my entire working career.

Pros

Services provided, customer interactions, community partners, company mission, comprehensive benefits

Cons

There is certain leadership at this organization who are extremely toxic. While working there employees were always under excessive micro management. Extremely inefficient processes caused constant problems. Every week was putting out fires, I dealt with nearly constant customer, stakeholder and team member complaints. Relayed concerns from team are ignored by management. Leadership always disqualified team members perspectives and was highly resistant to any innovation and change. This organization may make a good first job, but would not recommend to anyone who falls in the demographic of an educated career professional.
