Pros

There is really no pros.

Cons

Very poor structure, wrong people in charge, very poor and rude management, no room to grow, and so on. The only reason they are still in the market is cause of the products they make. They make supplement like vitamins, Melotonin, beauty pills which is very demanding in the market.

Pros

Natrol is a company that empowers its people and allows employees to lead from any seat. Small but nimble, transparent, and positioned well for growth. Leadership is supportive, respectful, and values team members.

Cons

I've been at Natrol for 18 months and there has been turnover at the top. With current leadership's alignment with our parent company, there is collaboration that hasn't been there in the past. It would be a great time to join the team and take the business to the next level!

Pros

-good people work here -benefits -free vitamins per month

Cons

Just like another recent review mentioned, a company's true colors come out when dealing with difficult situations. Seeing how this company has handled covid and how they are requiring & forcing their people to come back 100% to the office without caring about individual needs has really shown their true colors. Every company can say how much they care about their people and are willing to do x, y and z for them...but when it was time to see if they live up to their word, we were all sadly disappointed. So many of us are scared to go back to the office full time and have asked our "leaders" to allow us to remain working from home and sadly all of our leaders seem to all have a "tough luck" attitude. Very disappointing times for this company. They are going to push more people out than they think. Employees stop caring about a company once they see the company does not care for them.
