Pros

Remote work and good people.

Cons

This company is not a good place for your mental health, the company always wants more and more and more from you, but gives you nothing in return. Pretty sure that majority of people who works in this company is unhappy, there is no raises, fake promotions where they increase your salary by 5%, They fire people and don't hire any replacements, The people who stay needs to work triple to compensate and still no raises. Leadership seems to be lost and are never hold accountable for their mistakes, They expect you to work outside work hours on AI projects for the company so they can say they are powered by AI. Disappointing, this company had such a potential. but is just a matter of time until the most talented people of the company starts leaving and all will crumble.

Good idea, poor execution

Pros

Big vision and strong sales pitch which gets attention from big names. The new office is in a great location. Some of the people are really nice.

Cons

Navro did have a lot of promise and the chance to build something genuinely exciting. But payment curation was never properly scoped, the build was rushed and the outcome is a product that doesn't work. Clients spend months onboarding only to find it doesn’t deliver as sold. Most never ramp and leave, which says it all. Instead of fixing the fundamentals, leadership chases the next thing e.g. Stablecoins or AI prototypes. These sound great but never get implemented, all the while we still can’t reliably deliver many of the currencies we advertise. Frequent redundancies and sudden departures mean valuable talent and knowledge keep walking out the door. Pay is also sub-par. The company does a regular LinkedIn post about attempts to hire an Enterprise Sales role, dangling a 'Free' $10k for a referral, yet we are told there’s no budget for pay rises or bonuses because targets aren’t met. There’s still potential, but right now Navro feels more like it's putting out fires than building towards long-term success.

Pros

Smart bunch of people to work with. Everyone is very approachable and extremely helpful. Lots of great technical things to learn, particularly for people new to the payments domain.

Cons

Senior management lacks transparency. Serious burnout with people always working overtime! It feels like we are solving problems that don't go away forever.
