Pros

No pros actually this company have but get a few good soul.

Cons

Company is not serve on time salary. But they have big budget project. Management has not any quality, they even don't know how to manage the company. And they always pamper the person who are oily and disrespect the quality person. BA team is not involve in SRS and design they more care about the pampering because management want to listen that kind of words. And Most embarrassing thing is that some developers carries the laptop of CEO. This company believes everything is false without ExtJS. CTO judges developers with third persons command. They want to recruit trainee and assign them to project without seniors supervision. First company who give architecture design to junior ones. They hire trainee only for money. They don't know who is the real gems and who is the hydrogen gas chamber. Without assigning task BA ask who is work you have done this day, but when ask for task they told no task available to do how funny!!

Pros

Free Lunch, Snacks, nothing pros except this.

Cons

1. Too many false commitments, but no execution. 2. Cut salary if you fail to maintain entry and exit time. But they are blind that, if you do overtime on other days then they don't care, even their COO simply explains this, you are slow that's why you need to stay late. But their amazing client reports a bug at such a time that you may need to stay overtime. 2. Unable to pay salary on time. Most probably they are the only company in Bangladesh that sell Software service and have fixed client, but still unable to pay on time. 3. Stick on fixed technology, and some of them are so weird that having X years of experience on some particular technologies is good for nothing, as no other company in BD is using those crap. 4. CTO has no maturity but lots of egos. For an uncertain reason, if you are on his bad performer list, then no matter how best output you provide, you will be on his bad performer list. He is the boss of HR, but still, he says if HR makes this decision then I have nothing to say! How shameless!! 5. Not a good company to learn new technology, as they stick to their beloved technology. 6. No matter how good performer you are. If you can't use oily words then you are treated as a bad performer. They have a few employees (not developers) who are simply dumb, but good to use oily words, that's why they are the best performer. 7. They have a few dumb employees who make the environment toxic. 8. Their salary range and increment range is one of the worst in BD, but still behave they pay the best salary range. 9. They always promote their so-called Hyper Salary, which is nothing except a Radish, to avoid the yearly festival bonus. 10. They have so many worst developers, who beg your foot when they need help, and later they will use bad words, and negative comments about you when you are not in front. 11. The position of each developer is so volatile that no one is OK to help others.

Pros

Only pro is they can tell lies, so well. and they are a special care center for polytechnic.

Cons

They hire employees from polytechnic in cheap salary. And spoils their life. They don't give well increments. They only appreciate them who can work hard with cheap salary. This company is totally bad for seniors, because their intentions are hiring intern and deliver big projects. But they kicks out the seniors because they have to pay higher salary. CEO, COO, CFO doesn't have any intention for company growth cause they have there own businesses in abroad and only take profite from this company. And don't get fooled by their USA and UK company all are vogaus. as a current employee im totally feed up.
