NeXT offers a unique work community that feels like family, a 'home away from home'! Balancing work with my schooling has never been a problem, I continue to learn something new every day. The management is understanding, and I can always rely on my coworkers to lend a helping hand. It's been a wonderful experience!

Working at NeXt has been an awesome experience for me as a chef. From day one, it felt like I found my culinary family. The vibe in the kitchen is super friendly, and we all hustle together to make sure every plate shines. The management is amazing. They're all about helping us grow, giving feedback that actually helps, and making sure we feel appreciated for the hard work we put in. Also shifts aren’t too long and tips are great.
