Management is pathetic, lacks empathy. The higher management couldn’t be more disconnected.

No Pros honestly. It might seem like a good option but trust me they go like their employees like flies. No joke. Have literally seen people get up and just quit.
Cons
Zero management They have hired incompetent people in important positions which will make your life hell! HR is just horrible. Basically whatever Faisal tells you assume the exact opposite of it.
