Pros

Great benefits, decent pay, bonuses, good snacks

Cons

cliquey; heavy workload; disparaging remarks about less popular employees; if you get on Tracy's shortlist by wearing the wrong thing, you're done.

Pros

A few cool people, pay is decent

Cons

One of the worst agencies. Everyone here is miserable and overworked, even the “Nectar favorites.” Ask about their retention rates to demonstrate how many people have left over the past two years. If you have any meaningful hobbies outside of work, forget about them. It seems that people’s hobbies are working, working out and drinking. People are expected to work around the clock and don’t even take time for lunch. Managers will backstab and CEO’s are extremely catty.

Thank you for taking the time to share - I’m truly sorry that your experience at Nectar does not match our intention of being an amazing place to work. We appreciate and value the input of all Nectarines and use the feedback to address areas where employee experience is falling short. We are always as transparent and straightforward with the Nectarines as we can possibly be. There are a few points you mention that I’d like to address directly: It’s true: Nectar was not immune to changes in the workforce during the pandemic and the great resignation, which led to more turnover than we are historically used to. It’s not true: We don’t (and have never/will never) request false Glassdoor reviews from current or former employees. Thanks again for your feedback. Nectar can’t grow or improve without direct conversations about what’s working and what’s not. We encourage you to discuss your concerns with your coach or HR so we can work together towards a solution - it helps make Nectar a better place. -RP

Pros

Decent pay - if you negotiate

Cons

- "Unlimited PTO" is a farce. Time off is strictly regulated and there is heavy favoritism on who gets to take time off when there is a conflict. I reckon people take less than the average amount of days off per year. - As mentioned above - heavy favoritism. Generally toxic environment with people talking behind your back - Leadership is not empathetic to employees; heavy workload with little to no reprieve. People can work between 4-8 accounts, with no regard for work/life balance - Says they only work with companies that align to their values, but then turns around and works with clients who don't
