Pros
It's a great feeling to be working with such amazing people who share the same veiws of how patient care should really be. Everyone here is on the same page and the communication is right on key! From day one of working here I have felt like family. It is awesome to feel like everyone here is equal and no one acts like thier job is more important than someone else's. The positive out look that everyone has also helped make this a great work place. We all work hard but we work hard together!
Cons
There really isn't anything that I do not like about this job, but if I had to pin point something I guess it would be the few nights that we have the evening hours.
