Pros
The employees here are the absolute kindest, there is a warmth seen in very few places. You can really be yourself. The life-balance are valued high, you really have freedom to do things when suitable for you. We have A LOT of fun together.
Cons
Yes, we still have some way to go to be really clear and precise, but we are an entrepreneurial company growing a lot - working here we love the challenge that things might change as we are a speedboat more than a big ferry.
