Pros
On the business side, some of the smartest people you'll get a chance to work with. Nice offices, nice people, lunch is bought in each day. Money is no object.
Cons
On the technology side, some of the most toxic culture money can buy. Most of the tech management are from banking and it shows. The company is struggling to make its vision of a sustainable future business model a reality, they believe in failing fast, but have failed to identify some of the root causes that have been instrumental in their catastrophic failures.

Pros
Incredibly welcoming environment,impressively smart people, innovative work. Corporate culture is very friendly and supportive, while everyone's still very driven and ambitious.
Cons
A small place so mistakes make an impact quickly and the company's not afraid to admit them. Quick growth so management & planning is sometimes behind & lacking but would eventually catch up.
