      Micro manager and toxic culture. Never listen to the subordinate. Never appreciate the works that subordinate has done. Lack of respect to the subordinate.

      Micro manager than doesn’t know how to run a team, Doesn’t listen to employees views and thoughts. Like to sprout rumours. Blame culture onto subordinates when things are not going well instead of self reflection. Poor people management. Inexperience.
