THE HR DEPARTMENT The entire team of HR is very unprofessional. They are basically rude and disregard the feelings of their staff. They are also really petty on the pantry beverages. Always out of stock. WASTAGE OF RESOURCES A lot of staff can be seen idling, watching videos on their smartphones, some playing games on their desktop, buffing their nails at their seats. Management is too lenient with the staff who is not performing. Management realised the problem but he/ she was not being let go and continue to be a burden to the rest of the dept. A total waste of company resources to keep incapable staff !!! Promotions were based on seniority instead of staff's capability. SYSTEMS Old school system which is incapable in catering to the company's needs. A lot of manual work has to be done. P.S Totally agree from the previous review that majority of the ex-Opennet staff who are still in the company after merger, often thinks highly of themselves when they are only empty vessels. They only talk to you when they have an agenda in mind.

Balance of workload across dept is not assigned fairly. Some dept is too free imo. No work life balance. Pay is low. Moving forward without a destination Not forward looking.most of the time fill up role that is vacant in a hasty manner

The pay is really bad, and the higher ups set policies that prevent staff from having career progression and higher pay.
