Product has great potential Company is growing

Cons

Snr management are solely focused on generating revenue and there is no consideration for long terms partnership with customers (and therefore their long term satisfaction) Communication with staff is terrible and promises are frequently broken without a proper explanation, decisions are taken high up and never really explained Management focus on money as the only motivator, forgetting all about job satisfaction, training and career development

Probably just the Product, as it's a good clever product and lots of potential

Cons

Being honest it is the worst company I ever worked for. Mgmt skills are ziltch; and you are expected to work non stop. All a shame because Netsuite is a good product but Mgmt will crumble the company if they dont change their ways. There is no work life balance at all and neither do they care or promote. If you want to enhance your career, forget NS as their promotion is based on who you know and not your work.

PS mangers are not interested in you unless you are constantly billing customers/generating revenue Little/no support available when issues arise - lots of 'talk' but no 'walk' Deals frequently mis-sold to customers and realised during implementation Too much admin in role and not hands-on enough Snr management solely focused on generating revenue - at all costs
