      Good and friendly colleagues. Nice working environment (physically). Good company benefits package.

      Cons

      The leadership is terrible. It is absolutely not beginner-friendly; they expect new hires to be fully productive after just a few days with zero clear guidance. There is no work-life balance—the pressure is intense, and you feel rushed 24/7. Management blames you for not understanding things fast enough, even though the instructions are unclear and there are no standard SOPs. Small mistakes are blown out of proportion. The turnover rate is sky-high, which should tell you everything about the unsustainable pressure and lack of support.

      No pros about this company, all cons. very very worst and such a poor management.

      Cons

      They don't give you job confirmation and extend the probation. Atlast they tell your last working date. Internal politics. Not good company to work.
