      Pros

      Flexibility. Very easy to work for. Sales team was very helpful and kept you in the loop regularly with invites to lunch. More personal interactions from upper management than expected.

      Cons

      Training was done remotely. Trained over the phone by the rest of the department who were all working from home in different cities/states.

      Pros

      NetSpark is a family and working with this team is the best decision I've made in my career as well as in the telecom industry. I have full support from my upper level managers and I am also able to work in a collaborative environment. This company also trains me in areas in need of further knowledge, and I have full upper level management support and receive performance recognition.

      Cons

      I wish I started working here sooner!
