      Pros

      They hire you even if you have low grades in college.

      Cons

      No preference for women. Very low salary for freshers. (Below industry standard) They try to destroy new opportunities with other companies by not relieving you. (Even if there is no work)

      Will hire when they have more work and will start pointing errors and issues when they want us to leave. Don't trust and join them .
