Pros

Non-profit organ donor recovery. Really values the family of the organ donors. Works with local hospitals to ensure all families are given the opportunity to donate.

Cons

Management has no respect for the work-life balance. Way too many hours for very low pay in my position.

Pros

Experience. The OPO world is a small group and having that experience does open doors for you

Cons

Everything. All these positive reviews came from management having the staff beg people to come on here to post 5 star reviews to boost public trust at the last in person pre Covid staff meeting . This place is divided into two groups. Management and not management and there is a big disconnect. Management and HR protect each other and clinical staff have to shoulder the load of long hours being understaffed and misleading the public.
