Working here for two years has given me a brilliant foundational knowledge of the advertising industry. They've given brilliant training and opportunities to work on different mediums and clients.
Cons
Progression is difficult. Despite a raise during my time here, the size of the company has meant I'm unable to get a promotion as there 'isn't enough money'.
Brilliant employer; flexible, supportive and educational. Offering WFH allows a certain amount of flexibility within my day to day. I've never felt overworked/out of my depth - there is plenty of assistance if we need it. Access to online learning/training has helped me improve my knowledge in the world of advertising.
Cons
There could be more interdepartmental work and cohesion between different accounts.
