This company will lie to get you to come work for them. Higher salary, family atmosphere, fun place to work. These are lies. When these concerns are brought to their attention, they will fire you unless you quit first. Technicians are not allowed to speak to one another, there is a consultant that works there that screams and yells at people, and no one in management knows what they are doing. The way things are handled makes it seem like teenagers. If you do something they don't agree with, they will send nasty emails out with lies about you. They never tell the whole story, it's only their side and if you're not on their side, then they lie about you and slander your name. This is not a military friendly business. So if you're a military spouse, I suggest looking elsewhere. Childcare is your problem, not theirs and they are unwilling to work with you when your military spouse is away. I thought I had found my dream job and I was very mistaken. I realized why the turn over rate was so high, so I want to warn people so they don't make the same mistake I did.
