- They have horribly immature management all the way up to the CIO. - No clear direction on what the future of technology looks like for the company. - They have an overbearing CIO that most of the infrastructure team and management have major issues with. - Though there are great employees there, the talent is either suppressed by bad management decisions or is completely lacking on some teams. - Too much fighting between CIO and CISO that produces hostile work environment. - They can't keep good employees long enough. A majority of people quit within their first year. The networking team had two guys quit before they were there for 90 days and management just had to promote one of the only two network engineers left to keep him from leaving.

Lack of training, lack of accountability, lack of work-life-balance, lack of leadership, lack of consistency. The HR rep was the first red flag. Incompetent. Payroll rep equally incompetent. Small company with big dreams. Not concerned with employees at all. People are working 12 hour shifts Monday-Friday and pressured to work on the weekends to not die in an ocean of work. Change is expected, but not every two seconds. People quit without notice...that is how much they hate the job. People have quit first day, first 3 months, and first 6 months. People have even stepped down due to being overwhelmed...from a licensed role to a customer service role. RUN!! Benefits are astronomical.
