They don’t have any plan to execute. Topmost management is the weakest link. If you can rule by some1 then join it. As they create rule on daily basis and force you to follow it else you will be gat pay off. Suddenly made a policy on saturday working but without any plan of action. And you have to follow it or get a pay cut. Used to fight with OEM so you never be the preferred partner. All the orders they won is just because of price cut. No technical team no technical comparison. Most of the time even account manager knows anything about the product. The only thing they know is to cut the margin but in that case only customer needs to suffer bcz delivery is purely disaster. HR is unable to do anything. She has 0 power as per her KRA. She is just a speaker of MD. They don’t think about the employees at all. Delayed salary. No financers. You can be terminated at any time without any prior notice. Any time your salary can be deducted. Many legal actions are running on them because they don’t pay FNF. Only way to survive is to do cheapest politics. Don’t join this organisation if you need a growing future.
