Pros

Work-life balance was the best part.

Cons

As a skilled employee of NEXA Receptionists/EverService, I feel obligated to share my experience with the company's leadership, company culture, and lack of training. Unfortunately, my experience has been overwhelmingly negative, and I cannot recommend NEXA Receptionists/EverService as a workplace to anyone. Firstly, the leadership at NEXA Receptionists/EverService is inadequate. The senior management team is out of touch with the daily operations of the company, and their decision-making process is often arbitrary and lacking in transparency. There is a severe lack of communication, and the leadership team fails to provide clear direction or support to their employees. As a result, employees often feel lost and unsure about their roles and responsibilities. This lack of guidance has resulted in a culture of fear and uncertainty, which has led to low morale and high turnover. Secondly, the company culture at NEXA Receptionists/EverService is toxic. The work environment is highly competitive, and employees are pitted against each other to achieve unrealistic targets. There is a lack of teamwork and collaboration amongst colleagues, and employees are often left to fend for themselves. The culture is hierarchical, and employees feel undervalued and underappreciated. There is a lack of recognition for hard work, and employees feel that their efforts are not appreciated. This has resulted in a demoralized workforce that is struggling to stay motivated. Finally, the lack of investment in training and development is a significant concern. There is no structured training program, and employees are left to learn on their own. The lack of guidance has resulted in employees lacking the necessary skills to perform their jobs effectively. The company's failure to invest in training and development has resulted in a workforce that is ill-equipped to keep up with the latest technologies and trends. This is particularly concerning given the fast-paced nature of the industry. Overall, my experience with NEXA Receptionists/EverService has been negative. The lack of leadership, toxic company culture, and lack of training have all contributed to an environment that is demotivating and demoralizing. As a skilled employee, I feel undervalued and unsupported, and I cannot recommend NEXA Receptionists/EverService as a workplace to anyone. If the company wants to attract and retain top talent, it needs to make significant changes to its leadership, culture, and training programs. Do not invest in a company that does not invest in you.

Pros

The people are very friendly, USED to be small family oriented business,

Cons

Too many clients, not enough employees. New owner went really aggressive in acquiring new clients and not either paying current employees more or hiring more people to help. Very small for the business needs, never receiving pay raises upon advancing in higher level calls, owners disconnected from entry lvl employees. Not being able to use the restroom. Schedules are atrocious, if you like stability, do not work here
