Almost no training, everything you learn on the job is trial by fire. Can be extremely stressful. Doesn't pay overtime or shift bonuses for off-shifts (management will probably bully/guilt you into accepting undesirable shifts if they need someone), won't pay out vacation time upon leaving (since you don't get OT, they give you vacation time instead but are bad about letting you actually use it), management is willing to lie to workers to get what will benefit them the most and will tell you that agreements should have been gotten in writing when confronted about it. Support is getting constantly restructured and reformulated since management can barely tell up from down when it comes to running a helpdesk. Unless you are a favorite/friend/relation, promotion is hard even with the correct skill sets.
Looking for a direct report that will play obvious favorites, can't keep promises, won't take correct action against verbal threats made by coworkers, makes rash and highly negative decisions without thinking things through, that's like walking on eggshells, and can't separate professional and personal relationships? Look no further!
