Pros

The only "Pro" I can think of was the flexible hours, and that wast even an honest give. They say "Flexible Hours" when offering you the job, but this is false. They demand you to work many hours and tell you to work with a very chaotic schedule.

Cons

I was LITERALLY, never paid correctly. The compensations were inaccurate. Kelly, the CEO, always talked down to everyone as if shes the smartest person in the world. Getting a direct response to a question was impossible. Horrible hours. Horrible communication. Just an overall fake company to work for.

Pros

-The flexibility to work from home (if you get that far) -Great snacks in the kitchen -Learn some stuff regarding student loans -What they’re doing is a great idea and helps students -I liked the people I worked with

Cons

-Poor management and communication between them -Their expectation are very unrealistic and the approach is poorly executed in terms of acquiring users to use the platform -CEO really just cares about her numbers, not great to and doesn’t really care about her employees, passive aggressive attitude -The highest turnover rate I’ve ever seen. After my resignation, only 2 AEs stayed out of like 11 stayed throughout a 2 month period. -Poor (almost none) training, poor onboarding process, quantity over quality -WAY underpaid for the stress and stuff we had to put up with

Pros

There are free snacks and you have the option to work from home if they keep you around long enough. There is also occasionally two dogs in the office and they're super cool and friendly.

Cons

They absolutely do not care about the employee, give you no time to develop and learn your role and expect you to know everything the first minute you begin working. They constantly changed their plans and strategy which was very frustrating. Their turnover is the worst I've ever seen, they hired 8 account executives only to keep 2 after a month. Overall they were super unprofessional so I recommend you avoid at all costs unless you have no other options and your desperate. We were also told that if we went on vacation we still had to meet our goals which again showed how much they cared about the employee.
