      Great people, team and boss. Lots of variation in tasks

      Cons

      Often disorganised, 20 different spreadsheets to complete in a day, relies over much on the intelligence of staff rather than training and processes

      Thanks for your positive feedback on the company! Reporting can be very difficult sometimes. Feel free to brainstorm with your teammates to find opportunities for simplification. I'm sure some changes can be done. You can also reach your HR team in order to share your ideas for improvement.

      One of the worst places I have ever worked.

      Pros

      Did enjoy the work and met some nice people but that was all.

      Cons

      Pay should be much more as we are doing shifts. Management is absolutely terrible. It has become a toxic environment and you feel as if you’re not getting listened to! I had to leave because of this.
