Pros
In general it is not complicated work. Contacting heads of companies or heads of marketing and making an appointment with them to present the company (our service to them is free of charge). The quotas are not hard to meet. The co-workers are very friendly. The environment in general is friendly.
Cons
Emotionally it can be taxing and tiring to get "no"s all the time, sometimes rude people or nasty reactions. It does require persistence.
