Pros

The only thing I found worthwhile about this job was the salary and benefits package.

Cons

There was a tremendous amount of pressure and exceptionally high expectations, yet little to no direction or support from upper management. The organization was consistently disorganized and dysfunctional, which appeared to stem from a lack of clear leadership and strategic vision. From the outset, there was minimal structure, inadequate communication, and virtually no guidance on priorities or expectations. Rather than addressing these underlying issues, the company's "reboot" seemed focused solely on increasing pressure and demanding stronger results without providing the resources, processes, or leadership necessary for employees to succeed. As a result, the work environment became increasingly frustrating and unsustainable.

Pros

Coworkers all deal with the same pressure, so you end up bonding out of shared struggle.

Cons

- If pressure is what you want, this is exactly that kind of place. The environment feels heavy all the time, and many days, you are drained before lunch even starts. - People switch from friendly to sharp in an instant if numbers drop. Management frames it as competition, but most people are clearly just trying to avoid becoming the next target. - If your opinion only counts when you are at the top of the board, it does not feel like a real team at all. - Even basic things like time off feel unnecessarily difficult, and the control over small details becomes exhausting very quickly. - Week after week, it wears people down, and you can see strong employees slowly lose motivation. The sales work itself is fine, but the environment destroys morale. - People constantly monitor numbers, check messages, and worry about who gets pulled into meetings next. - Even lunch does not feel like a break because everyone stays tense and alert. Phones are always in hand, and people look distracted even when they are supposed to rest. - A simple break still feels like you have to be on guard. Conversations drop the moment certain people walk by, and the atmosphere changes instantly. - Many people stay on edge the entire day, and after a while, most stop speaking honestly at all. - There are genuinely talented people here who still look completely exhausted. - Some support others, hit targets, and still never seem at ease, - Some leave quietly without much explanation, while others stay but clearly lose their spark. - They become withdrawn, speak less, and only do what is required. - When your strongest people look drained all the time, it says everything about the environment.
