Horriable Place to Work!!!

Pros

Pay is decent, esp. overtime, good bonus for picking up shifts.

Cons

95% of the time short staffed, high turn over rate, most of the aides don't do anything and run the place, equipment is outdated or not working if your lucky enough to find any.

Pros

Take a job here if it's the only option available to you. i.e. benefits - it's a job.

Cons

The benefits have all been slashed. No match on the 401k or other retirement benefits. No paid maternity leave. You have to pay for a disability policy as a replacement for paid leave which doesn't cover even half of what is lost during the leave. The health insurance is costly and extremely restrictive. You will find much better compensation and benefits elsewhere. The new management has made a bad situation worse.
