Sales Rep/Management Training Program

Pros

There is, like they tell you, potential to make 1000 or even more per week. You work on commission selling makeup bags for 20$ each, for each bag you make 8$--pretty good. The girls are friendly and once you recruit 5 of your own sales people you move up in the ranks.

Cons

You have to go business to business and ask them to buy the makeup promotion. The hours are 830-630, but often you stay later, and saturdays its 930 to 530. Really long days and takes patience and a good mental attitude.

Wow! We are SUPER sorry to hear that you feel this way and considering it seems you are a current employee here we strongly suggest you come sit down with our management staff at any time. It truly saddens us that you are so unhappy and we of course encourage you to find a career that does infact bring you joy. However, we would like to address a few things...during our interview process we pride ourselves on our transparency. During our preliminary process, we briefly run over compensation, hours and past experience for the soul purpose to not waste the time of our candidates or our hiring managers. During our offcial 1st and second round interviews, we break down the actual daily operations where we clearly state that we run promotional style events as well as residential campaigns for both of our clients, as WELL as the compensation that we offer for both. In terms of your comment of "no real chance for success" we would respectfully like to disagree. We believe that if you work hard, stay strong and focused that success comes naturally. Fortunately for many of our marketing representatives in the past, the marketing reps who have shown work ethic and focus have moved on to manage larger territories and even regions. We are sorry that you may have not found that balance to achieve your goals but we do believe if you vocalize your weakness's so we can make them into one of your strengths, anything can happen. Once again, we do strongly encourage you to come sit down with one of our hiring managers to discuss this situation so that we can help you out as soon as possible. You can also call our office at anytime at 631-242-1675!
