Pros

Staff are lovely for the most part and so a the children.

Cons

The children get no real consequences for their actions. Nepotism is ripe, and jobs are constantly given to friends or family of people who already work there. The wages are shocking low especially considering the behaviour staff have to deal with on a daily basis.
