Pros

Some staff members and coworkers were friendly and willing to answer questions during training.

Cons

My experience as a new hire was disappointing and concerning. Training was disorganized, and I was sent to multiple locations without clear communication or consistency. Expectations were not always clearly explained, and the role differed from what was originally described during the hiring process. I made consistent efforts to attend training despite unsafe winter driving conditions and personal health issues, and I communicated with management when situations arose. However, I was ultimately terminated very early in the training process without prior written warnings or a clear opportunity to address concerns. The termination was communicated abruptly, and I did not initially receive clear documentation explaining the decision. This experience left me feeling that new employees may not be given adequate support, transparency, or fair opportunity to succeed in their roles. Absolutely disgusting company.

Challenging environment that is fun and rewarding. Owner truly cares about his employees.

It’s the automotive industry. There will always be hardships, but the company always pursues a world class experience.
