Pros

none that I can think of.

Cons

If you are someone with any experience or passion for science do not waste your time or talent here. Not a friendly environment for LGBT people, or people who care about performing efficient and high quality work. If you want to work in an unsafe environment for low pay then this is a dream workplace, if not, steer clear.

Pros

None observed, stay away from this place.

Cons

Everything. Toxic family work environment with very few people, lady at front desk is always pissed at something or someone, and if you show up even one minute late she will not greet you or say anything to you besides opening the door and letting you in. Beyond that, everyone at the place walks around with a chip on their shoulder. The "boss" is in fact a daddy's boy who never pursued his own life, and instead rode on his fathers coat tails (daddy is also a snooty, better-than-you type as well). Beyond that, the lab is participating in testing of lead-tainted samples and practicing improper lab safety in regards to handling lead-positive samples. Don't waste your time interviewing with or accepting a position with these clowns.

Sometimes get gift card bonuses, like groceries at Thanksgiving

Cons

Disorganized, bad communication around deadlines Very conservative--difficult for LGBT, POC, etc. Not much concern for safety
