Pros

Some nice and knowledgeable colleagues, initially a great vision by Justin, good pay but most people get let go within 6-8 months of employment

Cons

Turned for the worse with change in leadership, decline in culture and vision with new CEO, no focus on patient care anymore, mass reduction of employees over the past few weeks

Vision and leadership were good until the leadership changed, and then the culture changed for the worse immediately.

Cons

CEO changed and the feel of the company went with him. The vision that made the company feel like home was immediately gone and they laid off a ton of really important knowledge owners.
