The product could be a good technology

Cons

Management is totally dysfunctional. One day the company is investing and pushing developing products and technology, having lavish parties, spending like there is no tomorrow. The next they are laying off core employees. Leadership has no idea what they are doing, directions are confusing at best and the board of directors is asleep

Employees are enjoyable to work with. A lot of smart people.

Cons

Leo is so weak. He communicates as if the company is a fraternity, not a company. Direction is erratic and unclear. The CEO blurts out profanity that is offensive, sexist and racist. Highly likely this company will fail as a result of poor leadership.

Cons

Demanding work environment (this isnt a 9-5) supportive and encouraging but 'up-front' culture. There is no time for politics so communication is direct and to the point. Lots of opportunities can lead to feelings of distraction and lack of focus.
