Small company, with good work attitude. Responsive to employee feedback, supportive of employee initiatives and accommodating to reasonable requests. Friendly and accommodating of special situations. Various perks.

Cons

Salaries not competitive (lower 10% regional/national average). Some management complaints and situations not handled well.

You will get to learn a few things from scratch about applications and development (but you have other better places to learn them).

Cons

Don't even think about working for this company. If you unfortunately end up working for this company, be ready to be laid off at any point. There is absolutely no job security here. They will just use you and throw you away saying that the company is not doing well. If you are hired, its just like a temporary job. If they manage to get a few projects from customers, they hire engineers to work on them. When the projects get over, they will lay you off...as simple as that. Don't even dare to think that you are a full time employee.

Bullying employees, incompetent management, discriminate against disabled. I was hired to be a service technician but was used as a delivery boy. This was, HANDS DOWN, the WORST JOB I HAVE EVER HAD!!!!! I hated every second of my time here.
