Cons
High management lacks of clear strategy and commercial organization is chaotic. They seem far from customers and employees, but next to banks and lawyers (we haven’t seen CEO in 3 years). Valuable high managers have left the company after shareholders changes in 2012 and CEO has been replaced recently. Financial difficulties are not finished. My customers didn’t want to make business with me anymore and this seems to continue. HR and management find any reason to justify career stagnation. Best employees (like me…, sorry) have left the company.

Pros
Non management folks are great to work with and bring diversity. I enjoyed the technology that was at the foundation of Novasep and the responsibilities of my role.
Cons
Management is weak and not structured well. The structure is constantly changing and there is no job security. I received my company credit card earlier in the same afternoon that I was terminated. I felt like the management functioned much like a high school in the sense that employees were judged on more than just performance.
