Doesn't have standards in order to employ people. I am a master's graduate and in sample collection team, where I have to stick the labels. Anyone can do that even without a degree. Work in this team is like work in the warehouse. The whole company just focus on selling products and doesn't have any interest in upgrading employees life. Treat as slaves and salary is peanuts. They trick people. Job description said that I have to perform experiments and update the data but 1 week in the job, I have never done anything science. Why do I need qPCR, NGS techniques which has mentioned in the JD for sticking labels and opening the boxes. Zero career progression. No career progression or employed in the good team if you aren't Chinese. No what's app or Gmail. Uses only Chinese website such as WeChat, wecom and exmail and WPS office. Most of the messages and emails comes in madrian language. No benefit apart from annual leave which is also only for 20 days. Everything is based on performance. Very difficult career upgradation.

Very similar experiences to other negative comments. Management skills are nonexistent, with team leaders and their bosses not even understanding the workflow and processes involved. Numerous shady practices going on behind closed doors with customers being none the wiser. Most staff don't even last the 6 month probation period, either being let go because of nonsense reasons or just getting fed up. The salary is laughable as well. Not to mention, most documents are either in Mandarin or very poorly translated into English, making most paperwork impossible to understand - although they're clearly trying to phase out non-Chinese staff (seeing as all new job advertisements list Mandarin as a requirement), which would at least solve this problem.
