      A very bad company. I have no rights. I have not had a contract for a year that guarantees my rights. It is not a final declaration. Also, the salaries are much lower than the outside.

      I've had a wonderful experience working here. The management is supportive, and the team is collaborative. There is a strong focus on work-life balance, and the opportunities for growth are excellent
