Pros

Some of the undervalued/unnoticed points that i want to highlight to all those who follow NucleusTeq and want to make decision to join a company which provides growth , learning opportunities, perks and benefits to its employees 1. Great learning opportunities wrt to projects, service practices, certifications, fresher trainings, lateral trainings both technical and soft skills 2. Medical insurance for the entire immediate family including parents, spouse, childerns 3. Flexibility in working hours but a lot depends on individual how the person wants to utilize the flexibitlity for work life balance 4. Focus on new initiatives, POCs, processes, compliances 5. BIGGEST highlight is : you get your salary on 27th of eveyr month without fail. I have not seen or heard companies disbursing salary on 27th of the month 6. Every improving infrastructure both in Indore and Raipur 7. Events organized on regular basis (every month) not only for fun but for health aspects like mental health, pathology tests, yoga etc.. for mental peace

Cons

1. Fast growth and tech / AI enablement may leave some employees lagging in the race. All employees need to speed up to catch the bus 2. HR policies are evolving and improving but more efforts required

Pros

1. Exposure to some projects that can help in learning. 2. A few helpful colleagues who support each other.

Cons

1. Highly political work environment-> Growth opportunities often depend more on internal politics than actual skills and contributions. 2. Unfair promotions-> Junior employees with limited experience are sometimes promoted to senior roles without having the necessary skill set. Promotions often seem to be based on favoritism rather than experience and skills. 3.Lack of recognition->Team leads on the product side tend to take credit for their team members’ work, which affects overall morale. 4. Management issues-> Decision-making is one-sided, as managers mostly rely on team leads’ opinions without engaging with the entire team.

Pros

I’m genuinely happy and comfortable working at NucleusTeq. Compared to my previous organization, the work environment here is much more positive and encouraging. One of the best parts of being at NucleusTeq is the learning opportunity, I’ve been exposed to a wide range of new things that are helping me grow both professionally and personally. A special mention to my manager, Ankita, who has been an incredible mentor. She’s approachable, patient, and truly invested in the growth of her team. Her guidance has made a big difference in my journey here. Overall, NucleusTeq offers a healthy work culture, great learning opportunities, and leadership that truly supports you. I’m glad to be a part of this organization. Another thing I truly appreciate is the transparency within the organization, communication is clear, open, and inclusive, which makes employees feel valued and trusted. Also, a big highlight was when our CEO visited the office — he personally met every team and took time to speak with each employee. It really showed how humble and people-focused the leadership is.

Cons

No cons, the company best interests are in it’s employees

Pros

Strong engineering team Good exposure to real product challenges Opportunity to learn under pressure

Cons

*Lack of technical expertise in product leadership:* The Product Lead lacks the technical understanding needed for realistic planning, leading to constant misalignment and unnecessary pressure on the development team. *Unaccountable leadership behavior:* There have been repeated instances where the team was fully engaged in delivery while the Product Lead remained unavailable, and later blamed the team in stakeholder discussions-showing a pattern of avoiding responsibility. *Toxic work expectations:* Weekend work, night calls and constant pressure have become normal due to unavailability/no_understanding of Product Lead in working hours. *Misaligned commitments:* Features and timelines are committed to stakeholders without consulting engineering, resulting in unrealistic expectations and rework. *Fear-driven work culture:* Delivery is often pushed using job security concerns, including threats of termination, while the same urgency is not reflected from leadership-delayed responses to stakeholders (sometimes days !!!) and then the Product Lead blames it to the team. *Lack of involvement from Product Head:* There is little to no active participation in validating plans or correcting misalignment. The initial decision of creating someone Product Lead without proper evaluation has led to ongoing execution gaps and sustained pressure on the team.
